Unlike many warranties that may be passed off to a manufacturer or third party affiliate after a certain period, our warranties remain consistent throughout. It is important to note that certain warranties offered by others may be pro-rated, leading to a decrease in value over time. Additionally, some warranties may only cover the cost of replacement materials, excluding labor costs. By choosing a warranty directly backed and covered by us, you can ensure consistent coverage and avoid potential limitations associated with third-party warranties.

Can you install a new flat roof over the top of your existing roof (Overlay)? You can, but the question is, should you?
Please note that it is our company policy not to install a new roof system over the top (Overlay) of an existing one. Once the top roofing layer starts to prematurely fail, repairing leaks becomes very costly and without warranty due to multiple roof layers. Ultimately, the removal of all roof layers becomes inevitable, bringing you right back to square one, therefore, we prioritize your investment, and the long-term integrity and durability of your new roof system by adhering to this policy.
